Return & Exchange Summary

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • You may request store credit for the full item value with no restocking fee deducted.
  • For exchanges, please request a return and place a new order. Exchange shipping is also the customer’s responsibility.
  • Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.
